Underwrite real estate assets and vehicles for clients. Build investment cases, run sensitivity and scenario analysis, and produce concise reports that quantify profitability, risk, and key assumptions. Strong financial modeling and market research required. Excel and Power BI preferred. Real estate fund exposure is a plus.
