Supporting Achmea with Yardi and BI

VAS supported Achmea Real Estate during a major digital transformation, focusing on the implementation of Yardi. Our work ranged from an advisory role as Yardi consultant but also as a data analyst creating custom reports in Yardi and being part of the BI team to create the datamarts in the data warehouse.

Yardi Implementation

• Supported users with training and Q&A sessions to get to know the software better.

• Advised on system setup, process design and functional controls.

• Reviewed data that was migrated from the previous system.

YardiReports

• Built multiple YSR’s (custom reports) in Yardi for CDD, valuations, financial reporting and tenant information.

• Built Y-Exports that sent CSV files to other systems that are outside Yardi.

Data Management & BI

• Collaborated with Achmea BI team to build a data warehouse with datamarts to provide single source of truth for your reporting needs.

• Created MSCI output report that generates the data needed to report to MSCI.

• Advised on and created reports that measure data quality.
